Novexa started with a frustration. After years of building backend systems and commerce platforms, one pattern kept repeating: software that launched on time, impressed in the demo, and quietly buckled under its own success six months later. The problem was rarely the code. It was that nobody had designed the system to survive its own growth.
So Novexa was built around a different order of operations — architecture first, written by the people who will operate it, kept deliberately small so accountability never gets diluted. We are not a software factory measured in headcount. We are an engineering practice measured by the systems still running, unrewritten, years after we shipped them.

Novexa was founded by Mehmet Çağatay Aksu, a software architect who spent years building backend systems and commerce platforms — and kept running into the same pattern: software that worked on launch day but couldn't survive its own growth.
He started Novexa on a simple conviction: systems should be architected before they are written, and built by people who will still stand behind them years later. Today he leads every engagement personally — from the first architecture sketch to production operations.

We design the system before we write it. Data flows, failure modes and growth paths are documented and reviewed while changing them still costs nothing.
A feature that works sometimes is a defect. We treat error handling, monitoring and recovery as part of the feature — never as a follow-up ticket.
Validation at every boundary, least privilege by default, no secrets in code. Security decisions are made at design time, when they are cheap.
Latency is a product feature. We measure before we optimize, budget performance per release, and treat regressions as bugs.
The best architecture is the simplest one that honestly meets the requirements. We remove complexity more proudly than we add features.
Not premature scaling — honest headroom. Systems are designed so the tenth customer and the ten-thousandth run on the same architecture.
